The Ones will only accept orders placed via our online store. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please make sure that all the details you have entered are valid and correct so that we can process your order as quickly as possible. The order acceptance will be when the funds have been received and the product(s) have been dispatched to you.

Items

We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible and to make sure items are in stock. However, sometimes an item may prove to be even more popular than expected and may sell out. If an order is received for an out of stock item your card will not be charged, you will be informed of this within 24 hours, and you will be given the option to cancel the order or to have an alternative item sent.

Shipping 

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive.  By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons. Orders made before 3pm on business days (excluding bank holidays) will endeavor to be shipped out the same day.

Purchases made through the The Ones are secured through PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal's secure connection. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.

Returns and Exchanges

The Ones Store are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website orders if returned within 14 days of receipt. Items will only be accepted in their original condition, unworn with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged return postage at full postal rate.
